Store Manager

Weisman Discount Home Centers is a New York headquartered retail chain which currently operates eight (8) stores. We have been in business for over 70 years.

The Company is focused on the kitchen cabinet, flooring and bath categories. Our focus is to offer great prices and customer service to the urban and lower and middle income customer through convenient neighborhood locations.

We operate in a discount, no frills, low overhead, cash-and-carry environment. We sell quality products at a great value. We believe that our store model is unique and is in demand.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience as an assistant store manager or as a store manager. We desire people who have a background in the discount, home center, big box or other specialty retail environment. You need to have a passion for selling and providing excellent customer service. You must have the ability to recruit, hire, train and motivate your staff.

You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, store employees and corporate office personnel.
